Welcome to Slides for You. By accessing or using our website (www.slidesforyou.com) and our PowerPoint design services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both the Client and our Company in relation to our design services.

1. Scope of Work

Slides for You specializes in professional PowerPoint design services tailored to corporate Clients, big corporations, consultant groups, and other industries. We assist businesses with creating compelling and visually engaging presentations, including pitch decks, product launches, internal reports, and meeting materials. Our services that include template designing and conversions, creating slides from scratch, cleanup of slides, formatting slides for graphical consistency, and visual enhancement of slides are provided on a project basis, with customization options available to meet each Client’s specific needs.

2. Service Limitations

We create presentations based on the instructions provided by you. The scope of work is limited to these details. If you require multiple services (such as slide cleanup, formatting, or visualization), please specify them in your instructions. Similarly, if you need proofreading or any additional services, kindly inform us in advance so we can better plan these resources for you.

Standard delivery times vary based on project complexity. Expedited requests can be accommodated with prior capacity reservation. Weekend availability is limited and offered on a voluntary basis. For weekend requests, we kindly ask clients to be flexible with deadlines to account for limited capacity. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend reserving capacity in advance for any priority requests that may require weekend processing.

Major redesigns requested after delivery will be considered additional work, not revisions. This applies to significant changes or new directions initiated by the client and not to corrections addressing errors on our part. All requests and feedback must be sent via email. Mails sent outside of our business hours and on weekends might receive a delayed response

3. Customization & Revisions

We offer reasonable revisions to ensure that the final design meets Client expectations, provided the changes fall within the original project scope. Any additional requests beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges. Refunds are not provided once work has commenced, as our design services require time and effort to customize for each Client. In the rare event that any errors occur from our end, the time taken to rectify them will not be charged.

Any errors on the final deliverable that are attributable to Slides for You (e.g., deviations from clearly provided instructions unless otherwise stated via email, technical mistakes, formatting errors, omissions, etc.) will be fixed and delivered free of cost. Subjective feedback or stylistic preferences (aesthetic preferences, tone/style preferences, personal judgements, generalized feedback without specifics, abstract expectations, etc.) will not be classified as errors unless they contradict previously agreed instructions.

In cases where rework is required due to incomplete, unclear, or ambiguous instructions provided by the Client or cases where the Client fails to confirm approvals, hours for the rework will be added to the invoice.

Refund policy: At Slides for You, we do not have a refund policy. We, however, refrain from charging Clients for misses at our end.

4. Turnaround Time & Urgent Requests

Our business hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM IST. Upon reviewing the job details and designer availability, we will provide an estimated completion time. For urgent requests, we appreciate advance notice.

Clients can reserve capacity by sharing details such as project volume, required level of work, and expected turnaround time. Our typical turnaround time is within 24 hours or 8 working hours per day, though this may vary based on the volume and complexity of the work.

Billing is based on actual hours spent on execution, excluding time spent on reviewing instructions, skill mapping, discussions, clarifications, and quick pre-delivery checks.

5. Onboarding Process

Our onboarding process is designed to be seamless for our clients. We request prospective clients to provide an NDA for signing, and if a service contract is required, we are open to signing that as well. Once these formalities are completed, we proceed directly with processing and delivering client requests. If vendor empanelment is required, we are happy to comply.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services must provide accurate, complete, and timely information regarding their design requirements. This includes text content, branding guidelines, images, fonts, and any other relevant materials necessary for project completion. Users must not submit any unlawful, offensive, misleading, or copyrighted material for which they do not have the appropriate rights. Additionally, Clients must ensure that their requests align with ethical business practices. Any misuse of our services, including plagiarism or inappropriate content creation, is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments & Billing

Our services are billed at an hourly rate, with charges calculated in 30-minute increments. Clients receive invoices upon completion of the requested work, and those with ongoing projects receive a consolidated invoice at the beginning of the following month, along with an itemized timesheet. Payment for services can be made via Bank Transfer, PayPal, Wise, or Stripe. Clients are expected to complete payments promptly upon receiving the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services where applicable.

We offer two payment models: Pay-As-You-Go or subscription packages, where hours are purchased in advance for a set period. Our prepaid packages provide regular users with the flexibility to access our services at discounted rates.

8. Third-Party Assets & Licensing

We use only those images, icons, and fonts for which we have the license, unless otherwise specified by the Client in writing. If a project requires assets that we do not own, that are not commonly used, and that are specific to client requests (such as region-specific/exclusive stock images, AI-generated voiceovers or custom AI-generated images unavailable elsewhere), the Client is responsible for acquiring licenses for the same.

9. Confidentiality & NDA

We respect the confidentiality of all Client information shared with us during the course of a project. Any proprietary or sensitive data provided will be used solely for the purpose of completing the requested design work and will not be shared with third parties. Upon request, we are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to formalize confidentiality commitments. Clients should notify us before project commencement if they require an NDA.

10. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Slides for You retains the right to use the work created for promotional purposes in sanitized forms (removal of all confidential data by replacing it with dummy content) upon receipt of full payment, with the Client’s prior written consent, unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to comply with the payment terms outlined will result in reserving the right by the Service Provider to retain the client work created until payment has been cleared.

11. Service Termination

The Client is free to cancel job requests if the turnaround time is not feasible for their requirements. Slides for You does not cancel any jobs; we queue them up for the nearest possible time.

12. Purpose Code

For payments via bank transfers from our clients in the US, we provide the W-8BEN form along with our SWIFT code and Purpose Code (P0803). Our clients in Europe may also request the Purpose Code as part of their payment processing requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Government of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, in the appropriate courts of the governing jurisdiction. By engaging with our services, you agree that any legal claims or proceedings will be conducted exclusively within this jurisdiction.

14. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage Clients to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If there are significant changes that affect how our services are provided, we will make reasonable efforts to notify Clients directly.
